About the Job:
- Provide primary and urgent medical management for patients with kidney-related conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in nephrology, ensuring that patients receive evidence-based care.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing (for Nurse Practitioner) or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant medicine or Health Sciences (for Physician Assistant).
- Current License as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of practice (for Nurse Practitioner) or License as a Physician Assistant in the state of practice, NCCPA Certified (for Physician Assistant).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) / Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
