Pharmacy Technician

As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and service. You will work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive accurate and timely medication information. Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients and customers regarding medication usage and potential side effects
- Operate pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage inventory
- Develop strong relationships with patients and customers to provide exceptional service and support
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred
- PTCB certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
