FULL TIME DRIVER OPPORTUNITY

To gain a comprehensive understanding of this role and the expectations for a successful candidate, please read below.

Position Overview:

Drivers will receive their assignments by Friday for the following week.

Compensation is provided for all hours worked, ensuring year-round employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week (candidates must be available and flexible for six days a week, including weekends and holidays).

Compensation Details:

The starting pay is $25 per hour, in addition to a guaranteed minimum of $500 per month in tips and benefits.

All drivers will receive a minimum of 5 hours of pay, regardless of the charter duration.

For overnight trips (charters commencing before noon), a minimum of 10 hours of pay is guaranteed.

Payments are made weekly, with direct deposit options available.

Employee Benefits:

Medical contributions are available, up to $400 per month.

Paid vacation: One week of paid vacation after completing each of the first two full years of service, and two weeks of paid vacation after three or more years.

A food allowance of $50 per day is provided for overnight trips.

All charters include paid tips (taxable).

For overnight charters, an automatic 7% (taxable) tip is collected in advance.

Uniforms are provided for all drivers.

Referral bonuses are available.

An annual performance bonus is also part of the compensation package.

Additional Perks:

An IRA retirement account with company contributions is offered.

Drivers can earn $25 for every documented customer compliment.

A bonus of $250 is awarded for receiving 10 compliments (with no accidents recorded for the year).
