Job Summary

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job.

Job Description

As a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. You will also supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of nursing
  • Experience: Must have 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum one year current experience in their nursing specialty in an Acute Care hospital setting
  • Certification/Licensure: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
