AP Clerk

CRG, a leading provider of Executive & Professional Search, Direct Hire & Contract Staffing, and Outsource IT Solutions, is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.

This role reports directly to the Controller and is essential in managing the invoicing process. The ideal candidate will help streamline Accounts Payable operations, handling a high volume of invoices weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage over 200 invoices weekly.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries.
• Maintain organized records of invoices and transactions.
• Support additional accounting projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in Accounts Payable (entry-level accountants welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with PDF editing software (preferred).
• Hardworking and self-motivated individual.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to ask questions and seek clarification when necessary.
