Honest Hour LLC Job Description
This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 12 clients per week. You will be responsible for conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, documenting client progress, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will stay informed on best practices in psychotherapy, including financial psychology and couples therapy.

Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 12-15 clients per week
• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions
• Document client progress and maintain timely and accurate records
• Stay informed on best practices in psychotherapy
• Participate in individual and group consultations to support professional growth
Requirements:
Required:
• LMSW with an active license to practice in NY or NJ
• NPI number and active CAQH account
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred:
• Interest or experience in financial therapy and/or couples counseling
• Post-master's training in evidence-based practices
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills
• 1-3 years in a clinical setting working with mental health patients is required

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is $40.00 - $60.00 per hour, based on experience and caseload capacity. We offer a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and development. You will have access to individual and group consultations, as well as training and supervision in financial therapy techniques. We handle all billing, scheduling, client assignments, and insurance paneling, allowing you to focus on providing quality care to your clients.
