Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Prepper/Painter to join our team at Liberty Collision Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting and applying a flawless finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces as needed
  • Mix paint to match vehicle colors precisely
  • Apply paint using spray guns and other painting equipment
  • Ensure a flawless finish by inspecting painted surfaces for imperfections and making necessary corrections
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an automotive prepper/painter
  • Proficiency in prepping and painting techniques
  • Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Certification in automotive painting is a plus
