The requirements outlined below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary for this position.   • Thoroughly clean all designated areas, including but not limited to resident rooms, restrooms, communal spaces, hallways, nursing stations, handrails, dining areas, shower facilities, public restrooms, and offices as assigned.
  • Daily wipe down all railings in your assigned area and dust/mop all designated spaces, ensuring to move furniture away from walls.
  • Maintain utility and storage rooms in a clean and organized manner.
  • Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies regularly.
  • Dust furniture and equipment as required.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork to maintain cleanliness.
  • Clean the interior of resident room windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to designated disposal areas.
  • Restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift, ensuring the cart is kept in a clean and orderly fashion, with chemicals securely locked away.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols when utilizing cleaning chemicals, following instructions as directed.
Primary series of COVID vaccination is required.
