About the Role

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our Carpentry & Forming Department, responsible for constructing and installing formwork and other products needed for the assembly of Precast Concrete Units.

Job Summary

This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct, install, and repair form block outs, rails, bracing, and other structures using wood and various materials
  • Cut, shape, and join materials with screws, nails, staples, and adhesives
  • Utilize a variety of construction tools, including hand tools, tape measures, levels, saws, drills, and mechanical tools, to complete assigned tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
  • A minimum of 1 year of carpentry experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to consistently meet established deadlines and manage tasks effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing plant and construction environment, involving physically demanding tasks, including the movement of objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more. The role requires working in proximity to moving mechanical parts and loud equipment.
