About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Synchrony Health Services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing a full range of occupational therapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
  • Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
  • Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Experience: 0-1 years.
