We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Parker Health and Rehabilitation. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full range of housekeeping services to maintain the grounds, furnishings, equipment, and facility.
  • Follow established housekeeping guidelines and quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain cleaning schedules for assigned areas.
  • Coordinate routine and terminal isolation procedures with Nursing Services.
  • Maintain knowledge of safety regulations, policies, and procedures and follow established safety procedures and precautions.
  • Report all unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc. to supervisor immediately.
  • Honoring residents' personal and property rights.
  • Filing complaints/grievances with supervisor in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the principles of safe and effective housekeeping practices within the State of Indiana.
  • Ability to be a team player to partner with other departments.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
