Cardiac Rehab Nurse Practitioner

At Recovery Plus, we are dedicated to making cardiac health accessible to everyone. We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team and contribute to our mission. This role will be based in our Manhattan clinic, where you will provide cardiac rehab sessions and conduct CPET testing. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Advance our mission to increase access to cardiac rehab
- Develop and oversee cardiac rehab sessions
- Conduct CPET testing and evaluate results
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs for safety and progress
- Document and chart patient conditions and report on changes in health
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the care team
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in NY
- Previous experience as an NP
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Self-starter and motivated individual
- Committed to providing excellent patient care
