Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Critical Care unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, care coordination, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Act as a role model and coach for other staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Participate in unit-based committees and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Dakota or a compact state.
- At least two years of clinical experience in a Critical Care setting.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- A competitive hourly rate of $33.35 - $47.79.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
