Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Security Officer to join our team at Carvana. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure Facilities: Inspect the perimeter of our facilities, including fences and gates, to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Monitor Security Systems: Watch for any security breaches, fire hazards, or other safety concerns and report them to management.
  • Patrol Facilities: Regularly patrol our facilities to ensure that all areas are secure and that employees and customers are following safety protocols.
  • Respond to Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, respond quickly and effectively to ensure the safety of everyone on site.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other security team members and management to ensure that our facilities are secure and that our employees and customers feel safe.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
  • Ability to Work Overnight: This position requires the ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
