Epic Travel Staffing, a leading provider of travel nursing services, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at a skilled nursing facility in Park River, North Dakota.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated RN to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • RN licensure in North Dakota.
  • At least 2 years of experience in skilled nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
