Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Endoscopy unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in endoscopy care.
- New Hampshire Licensed Registered Nurse or RN Compact license.
- 2-year Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
- 1-3 years of RN experience required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
