Responsibilities- Oversee construction execution on-site.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and quality benchmarks.
- Manage the safety, performance, and growth of the construction team.
- Develop and maintain forecasts and schedules for labor and materials.
- Track progress, timesheets, safety incidents, and change order documentation.
- Address inter-group conflicts related to production.
- Act as the representative of Cummings Electrical to clients, suppliers, and crews.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess an active Journeyman's License.
- Proficient in scheduling labor and materials reporting.
- Willingness to work from various project sites throughout DFW and North Texas.
Employment at Cummings is contingent upon a background check and drug screening; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
