Virtual BCBA Specialist

Job DescriptionAs a Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with VocoVision, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing assessment and treatment planning, implementation and supervision, and collaboration and communication services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments to develop comprehensive and individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by behavior technicians and provide regular supervision, training, and support to ensure the fidelity of interventions.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Alabama (if applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with virtual platforms and electronic data collection systems.
