- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments to develop comprehensive and individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by behavior technicians and provide regular supervision, training, and support to ensure the fidelity of interventions.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Alabama (if applicable).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with virtual platforms and electronic data collection systems.
