Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Salary:$19/hour base pay with uncapped commission - earn up to $30+/hour
