About the Role
Tropic Falls Resort is seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team

Compensation:
$15 per hour plus tips, making for an estimated average salary of $30,000-$40,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
We're looking for someone who can deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a wonderful time at our resort. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Operating cash registers accurately and handling cash effectively
• Providing top-notch communication skills, both verbally and written

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to:

• Maintain proper grooming standards at all times
• Work in various weather conditions as our Cabanas are outdoors
• Lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as required
• Adapt to varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
