Nurse Practitioner

Join River Ridge Neurorehabilitation Center in Kennebunk, ME, as a Registered Nurse - RN and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with complex diagnoses, enhancing your skills and knowledge in various areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective care plans.
- Establish realistic, measurable short and long-term patient goals with interventions in place to minimize rehospitalizations and ongoing evaluation of outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
