At Visionworks, we are devoted to improving the vision and overall health of our patients. Our mission is to deliver thorough, compassionate, and individualized optometric care. We focus on routine eye examinations, contact lens fittings, and comprehensive ocular health assessments. Our facility is equipped with advanced eye care technology, including an auto-refractor, NCT, Optos, lensometer, slit lamp, and phoropter.
Key Responsibilities:
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing eye care to a diverse patient demographic, addressing both visual and medical conditions. Your duties will include:
1. Conducting patient examinations.
2. Recommending vision correction solutions based on examination results.
3. Managing eye emergencies as they arise.
Candidate Requirements:
We seek a licensed optometrist in West Virginia with liability insurance.
The ideal candidate should be a collaborative team player, willing to work alongside staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure the success of our practice.
Continuous professional development is expected to maintain licensure and meet regional requirements.Important Note:
This position does not involve Telehealth services.
