Barback Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Barback to join our hospitality team at Colony Grill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting our bartenders and managers in maintaining a clean and efficient bar area.

• Assist bartenders and managers with bar setup and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our guests.
• Keep the bar stocked with necessary items, including liquor, glasses, and napkins, to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, and restock napkins and straws to maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Coordinate with managers, frontline team members, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service to our guests.

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry service items for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to carry supplies (10-30 lbs.) and move items that are heavy (up to 50lbs.).
