Our mission is to assist patients in achieving maximum recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at helping patients regain their well-being through therapeutic exercises and the use of assistive devices.
  • Provide updates on patient progress and challenges to supervisors and collaborate with other healthcare professionals; educate family members or nursing staff on follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Ensure that all equipment and workspaces are maintained in a safe and hygienic condition.
  • Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and relevant professional and legal standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Valid and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the relevant state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
