Salary Range

$20.00 - $23.75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Administrative Associate will provide high-level administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO) Director and their team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings and events, including booking conference rooms and ensuring necessary equipment is available.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries or requests for information.
  • Providing administrative assistance in implementing activities and responsibilities related to the PMO.
  • Assisting with reporting by collecting statistics, creating graphs, and revising content provided by others.
  • Acting as a liaison to other departments to improve communication regarding PMO initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate degree in business, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of two years' experience assisting at a high level.
  • Experience in Information Technology is strongly preferred.
