Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects, ensuring timely completion and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our team, communicating effectively to ensure a smooth project execution.
  • Estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
  • XActimate experience.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction.
  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
