Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $31,200 and $39,360, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of $15.00 to $19.00.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing psychoeducation and skill-building opportunities to promote personal growth and empowerment.
  • Carefully assessing and addressing the needs of each client, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social well-being are prioritized.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, resources, and best practices, enhancing overall team performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a four-year degree in a human service field, along with at least one year of experience working with adults who have mental health and substance abuse disorders. You must also be able to work effectively within a team environment, communicate clearly and compassionately, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
