Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Echo Vascular Technician to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. As a key member of our Cardiac Services department, you will be responsible for performing echocardiography and noninvasive vascular studies to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct echocardiography and vascular studies on patients according to physician orders and established department standards.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including ultrasound machines and EKG devices.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • A.R.D.M.S. (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) or R.V.T. (Registered Vascular Technologist) certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital environment, preferably in cardiovascular lab.
  • CPR certification.
