Dental Hygienist

As a Dental Hygienist at Eastview Family Dental, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our experienced clinicians to provide top-notch care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide thorough and personalized dental hygiene services to patients, including routine cleanings, exams, and patient education.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental hygiene and technology, and apply this knowledge to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge.

- Current dental hygienist license in NE and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
