- Provide patient care, including clinical assessments, documentation, and communication with healthcare teams
- Develop and implement research protocols, instruments, and educational materials
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, researchers, and sponsors to ensure study success
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing specialty consistent with the specified research field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
