Job Summary

REM Health Medical Group, P.A. is seeking a skilled Telehealth Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to patients undergoing hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, sexual health, and general wellness treatments. As a key member of our telehealth support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

About the Position:

  • Respond to patient inquiries via portal messages, emails, and phone calls in a timely and effective manner.
  • Resolve recurring payment issues, handle customer complaints, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with physicians and providers to complete medical-specific service requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Utilize internal systems for record keeping, tracking all customer service requests, response times, interactions, and notes in the CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including notes and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, patient advocacy).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs) is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
