- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that promote patient safety and satisfaction.
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtained within 90 days of hire.
- At least 18 months of prior LPN work experience.
