Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Rocky Mount Treatment Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients struggling with substance abuse.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Licensed Practical Nurse at our center, you will be responsible for administering medications, managing medication inventory, and collaborating with our medical team to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by medical orders
  • Oversee medication inventory management
  • Assist the Medical Director in crisis interventions
  • Monitor patient demeanor during medication administration and identify any critical incidents
  • Conduct urine drug screens as needed
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a valid nursing license from an accredited school and have experience working in a healthcare setting. A current CPR/First Aid certification is also required.

Work Environment:

As a member of our team, you will work Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. We offer a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
