We are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles, with shifts available during the day, evening, and weekends.
Our mission is to craft handmade products that are devoid of harsh chemicals and enriched with nourishing, plant-based ingredients that promote skin health. Each bar of soap is crafted daily in our Soap Makery, ensuring that we maintain control over the quality of every item we produce. Our facility is filled with natural ingredients such as gardenia petals, lemon zest, hemp seed oil, shea butter, charcoal, and tea tree oil. We pride ourselves on offering products free from artificial detergents, surfactants, dyes, and other harmful substances.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize basic computer skills effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all guest needs are met with professionalism.
- Engage with guests to build rapport and understand their product preferences.
- Make informed product recommendations based on customer inquiries.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including product production and guest interactions.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the Makery, including both production and retail areas.
- Collaborate with team members in a lively and fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies.
- Participate in the production and fulfillment of various products, including soaps, bombs, truffles, fizzes, scrubs, and serums.
- Label and package products and sample kits appropriately.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Ensure all finished products meet established quality standards.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols diligently.
- Restock and maintain adequate inventory levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in retail sales or customer service (1 year preferred).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Not sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Capability to lift or assist in lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Physical ability to walk, reach, climb, balance, twist, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Willingness to perform cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
