Job Summary:

Crowe is seeking a highly skilled Kodiak Security Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect our organization's assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our MSSPs and IT teams to monitor networks, investigate incidents, and respond to security threats.
  • Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities across our systems and infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain security controls, monitoring solutions, and network firewalls to enforce security policies.
  • Ensure secure cloud environments by implementing best practices, managing access controls, and monitoring cloud services.
  • Lead incident handling, investigate security breaches, and coordinate response efforts.
  • Meet regularly with security team leaders and MSSP vendors to assess and collaborate on changes to security operations and controls.
  • Facilitate and drive updates to security processes and tools to meet industry and technology evolution.
  • Research relevant security technologies and news topics to maintain understanding of current security threats and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Graduate degree and/or relevant certification(s) desired.
  • 5 years of experience in an Information Security role.
  • Travel may be required to perform job/project duties.
  • Ability to work after-hours as required.
