Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage existing accounts through phone and in-office interactions.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals for designated accounts.
- Process and finalize insurance applications, enrollments, changes, and terminations as required.
- Handle renewals for carriers and update management systems for assigned accounts.
- Review new offerings from both new and existing insurance providers.
- Monitor monthly expiration lists for relevant lines of business.
- Research competitive renewals with various carriers as necessary.
- Maintain updated records on customer electronic files within the management system.
- Participate in training and educational seminars as requested by management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
- Appropriate insurance licensing is preferred.
