About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our Ground Up, Commercial, Interior, and Industrial projects. This is a unique opportunity to manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle management, from preconstruction planning to project completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and money spend.
  • Ensure all project deadlines are met and assess potential risks and issues that could affect project completion.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure all safety and compliance measures are met throughout the project's duration.
  • Conduct project reviews to assess outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Build and manage effective relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a project management role within the construction industry, particularly in Ground Up, Commercial, Interior, and Industrial projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
