Job Role:

As a Principal Quant Developer at Fidelity Investments, you will be part of the Quantitative Research & Investment Technology group, partnering with investment teams to deliver high-quality, robust, and efficient analytical solutions for systematic ESG products. Your expertise in quantitative techniques, statistics, and econometrics will drive the development of innovative investment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of research projects through the software development lifecycle, utilizing full-stack implementation.
  • Develop and maintain analytical solutions for portfolio construction, risk management, and alpha research.
  • Collaborate with quantitative researchers, technology partners, and senior management to drive investment decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of new models and products to enhance the organization's competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or computational field, such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytical models, working with investment professionals.
  • Proven experience in fixed income asset classes.
  • Deep understanding of quantitative techniques, statistics, and econometrics.
