Job Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, administering and recording medications and treatments as needed.
  • Reinforce supports and provide health care instructions to patients and their families, promoting a smooth transition to home care.
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities, ensuring the highest level of care.
  • Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
  • Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s), ensuring timely interventions.
  • Record patient charts, documenting observations and responses to nursing care rendered.
  • Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned, demonstrating leadership skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Current and Valid RN license, with a strong understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Physical strength and stamina, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • First aid and CPR certifications, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
