Job Summary

This is a 24-week assignment, working 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour shift schedule. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital setting. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
