In-Home Pediatric Nurse

• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per plan of care.
• Monitor and document patient status, sharing updates with physicians and families.
• Educate families on proper care and treatments for continuity.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior pediatric nursing experience is a plus but not required.
