Responsibilities:
- Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans under the direction of licensed physicians.
- Utilize the nursing process to individualize patient care, collaborating with patients, family members, and healthcare teams.
- Direct nursing support staff in providing patient care, adhering to standards of nursing practice, administrative policies, and departmental procedures.
- Stay current with principles, theories, and techniques of nursing practice, as well as professional education, training, or certifications required by specialty area.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
- At least one year of experience in the clinical specialty area (preferred).
- RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License.
- BLS - Basic Life Support.
