Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in food service or restaurant management
  • Food Handler Certification is necessary (can be acquired during training)
  • Competence in utilizing computer systems and POS technology
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Spanish language proficiency is advantageous

Key Duties:

  • Exhibit integrity and honesty to uphold the company's values and culture
  • Recruit, train, and schedule team members in collaboration with the District Manager
  • Oversee staff performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions
