Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and families. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program.
- NJ RN licensure prior to date of hire.
- Less than 6 months of RN experience.
- Commitment to orientation requirements.
- BLS certification.
- BSN degree.
