Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and guidance to sales engineers and customers on product and service offerings.
- Offer exceptional customer service, sales, and technical support to our sales force and customers.
- Develop and implement policies to achieve both customer and company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, fabrication, and vendors to facilitate sales efforts and meet customer requirements.
- Evaluate customer bid requirements, specifications, and other relevant data to ensure accurate proposals.
- Prepare proposals using vendor software, sales catalogs, and cost estimates to meet technical and performance requirements.
- Contribute to the design and development of equipment and systems, as well as the redesign of existing systems.
- Notify internal and external staff of new products and processes as needed.
- Facilitate prompt resolution of customer technical issues, complaints, and failures.
- Maintain organization of order files, monitor in-house orders, and assist sales and fabrication with project-related inquiries.
- Engineering degree or 5 years of related experience.
- Preferred knowledge of centrifugal pumps, other fluid handling equipment, and fabricated pumping systems.
- Ability to work independently to achieve targeted results.
- Well-organized and self-motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Effective negotiating skills.
- Project management experience and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Training/Certifications: Related to pumps, motors, couplings, mechanical seals knowledge

Education: Engineering-related bachelor's degree or related experience
