Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including Starbucks' signature drinks, to meet customer expectations.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Starbucks area, to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain inventory levels, and ensure seamless store operations.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, responding to changing customer needs and priorities.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation in beverage preparation and store maintenance.
• Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, as well as holidays and special events.
