Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Kauai Care Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting the overall well-being of our community.

• Train and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
• Support the dignity and independence of residents through personalized care plans
• Assist residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and other care needs
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure seamless care delivery
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures

• Current nurse license in good standing
• 1-year experience in healthcare supervision (new grads encouraged to apply)
