Blender Operator

The Blender/Processor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and executing the delivery of daily blend/processing requirements. This involves scheduling, ordering, and manufacturing raw ingredients from concentrate, all while adhering to quality specification requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute daily blend/processing requirements
- Schedule and order raw ingredients from concentrate
- Manufacture raw ingredients to meet quality specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and recipes
- Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees
