Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns by offering suitable solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes.
- Engage potential customers through proactive outreach, including cold calling, to introduce our products and generate leads.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and address any ongoing issues.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to follow up on open quotes.
- Accurately input and process purchase orders, ensuring all details are correct and timely.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products to assist customers effectively and provide accurate information.
- Work in tandem with sales, technical support, and other relevant teams to ensure high-quality customer service.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Customer Service.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Windows.
- Experience in data entry is required.
- Experience in International Exporting is a plus.
