Job Summary

As a key member of our Tutoring team, you will be responsible for managing our tutoring schedule, facilitating and scoring practice tests, and acting as our primary contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a team of tutors to provide high-quality tutoring services to our clients.
  • Facilitate and score practice tests for both current students and promotional group tests, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage the tutoring schedule for in-home and remote tutoring customers and tutors, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular meetings with tutors and clients to discuss progress, goals, and any concerns.
  • Adhere to our safety policy and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all clients and staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or business.
  • At least six months of applicable business experience, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications, with a demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
